On September 8th, 2015, a man was taking a walk, when he saw a kitten fall from a bridge, and rushed to see if she was okay. The calico was alive, but her hind quarters were paralyzed. He rescued her, and gave her the much needed medical attention. She was named Nene. She was scared, but started feeling better when his other cat, Uzu, gave her some cat to cat love. The next day, the river flooded where he found her.
She was getting better everyday, and started to be able to stand and walk again. Now, a year later, she has regained 80% of their use. Share Nene on Facebook!
